EIG OPERATION MANAGER

Operation Manager work dimension & goal:

Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services. Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle. Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.Operation manager will be responsible for the overall supply chain management as well as organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods.The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

   MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services (resolve any arising problems or complaints). Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle;
  • Managing suppliers. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers;
  • Fleet management & Transportation. Manages, coordinates and supervises the vehicle fleet of EIG group. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency, plan routes and process shipments;
  • Warehouse management. Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, inventory management of all w/houses in Albania & other markets, management of expiry goods and the process of placement of etiquettes in the respective language as per local laws requirement;
  • Employees & Compliance. Supervise, coach and train workforce of the department. Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements;
  • Analyses & reports. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets;
  • Cost management. The manager is responsible to manage logistic cost as well as the operational cost of the w/houses (Albania main & secondary);
  • Workplace security. The Manager is responsible to monitor and manage the safety of the staff and  security of assets used by employees;
  • Manages the ISO certification process and audits the implementation of ISO-related procedures in the company;
  • Other. Fulfill other duties as per company requirement within the frame of the Labor Code and job contract.

        REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven working experience as a logistics manager;
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management;
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff;
  • Proficient in standard logistics software;
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects;
  • BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.

DESCRIZIONE DEL LAVORO:

  • Effettua attività di monitoraggio di primo livello, di tipo Infrastrutturale, di Rete ed Applicativo (estrarre e analizzare i dati per tradurli in informazioni utili per le Operations per l’intervento puntuale e corretto);
  • Svolge le attività Operative (tra cui alcune specifiche attività legate alla gestione dei Concorsi ed Office Automation) e di primo livello legate al perimento della Control Room: (reset password, fornitura token, evasione pratiche CRM, attività di primo livello (riavvio processi o script di manutenzione);
  • Supporto alla risoluzione degli indicente, per l’identificazione e l’indirizzamento delle problematiche massive/centrali, agendo da interfaccia costante con i gruppi di Tecnici e Sistemisti o di specializzati sul Network;
  • Presidiare gli eventi di monitoraggio provenienti da differenti tool per garantire il corretto funzionamento di tutte le componenti, risolvere ed indirizzare in maniera tempestiva  problematiche massive;
  • Utilizza in modo appropriato e tempestivo i sistemi impiegati nelle strutture aziendali.


PROFILO DESIDERATO:

  • Buono sia in Inglese che in Italiano;
  • Esperienza lavorativa di 2 anni;
  • Laurea ad indirizzo Informatico / Tecnico / Scientifico o altri campi rilevanti;
  • Conoscenza di tutti gli ambiti di monitoraggio della Control Room e relativi strumenti;
  • Esperienze precedenti in ambito di Control Room (monitoraggio e Big Data Analytics);
  • Conoscenza di primo livello, degli strumenti di monitoraggio (Nagios, OpManager, Splunk, Dynatrace, Catchpoint o equivalenti – HP Vertical, ELK Stack);
  • Flessibilità e rapidità nella nel processo di risoluzione della problematica.

         MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preside the hall and assist the operators;
  • Manage operational briefings and updates on the specific campaign;
  • Provide initial training and updating on products, services and applications;
  • Suggesting changes to be applied to the operational processes and for the development of the necessary supports;
  • Motivating the team entrusted in achieving excellent performance by encouraging teamwork;
  • Monitor and verify the knowledge acquired by individual operators;
  • Monitor the operational performance of the assigned team (quality and productivity);
  • Reporting and monitoring compliance with contractual SLAs and service KPIs.
