WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTIC COORDINATOR

His/her core mission is fulfilling all warehouse and logistics deployment requirements of the company’s projects and obtaining a high level of satisfaction from all stakeholders.

For guaranteeing that, he/she is expected to participate in project designing, planning and creating the best resources and cost estimation possible. During the deployment phase, participation and/or supervision during design, planning, negotiation, deployment of services related to the warehouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and monitor the implementation plan for the warehouse activities in the project;
  • Sizing of the required warehouse and production staff and establish their skillrequirements, ensuring alignment with the projects needs and budget assigned;
  • Control and monitor the performance of the team members assigned, to ensure continuous improvement and the application of best practices;
  • Identify and report potential risks that may affect any aspect of the project, as well as, propose the respective action plans or solutions;
  • Define protocols for the activities related to the delivery of the all components to client;
  • Lead the acceptance process of all components at the Warehouse;
  • Monitor and Control the acceptance process according the schedule, cost and quality expected and engaged with the client;
  • Coordinate with the other internal areas all the inputs to execute the acceptance activities with the client;
  • Control over compliance with security and safety standards;
  • Design the transportation requirement for the project;
  • Coordination of the RMA processes for the project;
  • Manage the inventory and the configuration process of the devices in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

 

 Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline 5+ years professional experience.

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Warehouse design and installation;
  • Warehouse operation (desired in tech market);
  • Vendors management;
  • Inventory control;
  • Statistical analysis, process control and Key performances indicator management;
  • Assembly process;
  • RMA Process.

TRAINING COORDINATOR

His/her core mission is fulfilling all Training deployment requirements of the project and obtaining a high level of satisfaction from all stakeholders.

Coordinate, monitor and control the requests made to the Contractor, partner or groups to hire and/or train staff for the project, to ensure timely compliance with the processes of recruitment and selection, training, assignment of field personnel participating to the locations and their attendance during the events, always keeping updated the field staff information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define the requirements of the Training Rooms and control the operation thereof according to training plan;
  • Determine the number of trainings required for trainers planned in the regions for each type of staff;
  • Select and coordinate train of trainers needed train the field staff;
  • Constantly monitor and inform the progress of the trainings and recruitment for different staff in the field;
  • Oversee the timely delivery of materials and equipment to the field staff, through the Contractor;
  • Coordinate staff assistance to the locations of the field staff assigned to them and ensures the reassignment of replacement if needed;
  • Control and monitor the performance of the team members assigned, to ensure continuous improvement and the application of best practices;
  • Develop the training material needed to execute the training;
  • Identify and report potential risks that may affect any aspect of the project, as well as propose the respective action plans or solutions;
  • In case needed, be able to conduct any training session;
  • During election day, support the NSC activities, specially the ones related to the technical support to be given.

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline 5+ years professional experience;

  • Support the definition of the requirements of the Training Rooms and control the operation thereof according to training plan;

  • Supportano i tecnici inviati sul territorio;
  • Si interfacciano con le varie strutture aziendali per il troubleshooting non standard.



PROFILO DESIDERATO:

  • Comprensione approfondita dei sistemi operativi linux e Windows, (drivers, logging, servizi, unità logiche, path locali);
  • Padronanza delle componentistiche hw e sw di pc e server;

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer who can build a wide variety of software subsystems and components efficiently and effectively. RESPONSIBILITIES:
