For our Client a well known Macedonian pharmaceuticals company,we are looking for the following position in Albania:

                          MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs;
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
  •  Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments;
  • Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports;
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Work experience as a Sales Representative at least 3 years;
  • University degree of Pharmacy or Technologist;
  •  Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales;
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

DESCRIZIONE DEL LAVORO:

  • Supporto agli utenti per le problematiche tecniche sulle dotazioni di business;
  • Tracciano le attività di assistenza nel tool di Trouble Ticketing (apertura, aggiornamento, chiusura ticket e notifica cliente – tool ticketing Dynamics);
  • Inoltrano, quando opportuno, i ticket alle strutture competenti;
  • Supportano i tecnici inviati sul territorio;
  • Si interfacciano con le varie strutture aziendali per il troubleshooting non standard.


PROFILO DESIDERATO:

  • Comprensione approfondita dei sistemi operativi linux e Windows, (drivers, logging, servizi, unità logiche, path locali);
  • Padronanza delle componentistiche hw e sw di pc e server;
  • Esperienza in tecnologie e protocolli di rete, routing, switching;
  • Competenza di base relativa ai principali sistemi di sicurezza centralizzati, (Firewall, proxy, antivirus);
  • Conoscenza e padronanza delle consolle di comando, dos e unix, ssh;
  • Esperienza consolidata dei principali sistemi di connessione remota;
  • Madrelingua Albanese, fluente sia in Inglese che in Italiano;
  • Padronanza dei pacchetti MS office e openoffice;
  • Ottime capacità problem solving;
  • Ottime capacità di analisi per il corretto instradamento della risoluzione dei problemi;

NETWORK PRODUCT MANAGER

For our Client a well-known international company in telecommunications field, we are looking for:  

                          NETWORK PRODUCT MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Management of marketing and sales projects of products;
  • Cooperation with customers and creating long term business relations;
  • Creating sales strategies, market research and product promotion;
  • Adjusting products and solution to customer’s needs;
  • Providing presales technical assistance for customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good Knowledge of fixed network technology and products; i.e., GPON, DOCSIS, FTTX, XDSL etc.
  •  Have network technical experience, familiar with telecom provider network architecture;
  •  Experienced with operators, enterprises, ISPs, telecoms equipment suppliers or system integration suppliers;
  • Understand the procedure of telecommunication project presales and optionally implementation procedure;
  • Sales experience with customer as operators, ISPs, enterprise, etc. is preferable;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure, fast learner;
  • Dynamic personality and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment;
  • Educational background: The position requires applicants to have B. Sc or M. Sc. in Telecommunication, or Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience/qualifications;
  • Business experience: Have previous experience in the fixed network domain (FTTX, GPON, DOCSIS, Xdsl.Experience in engineering or presales engineering positions will be considered as relevant experience;
  • Customer Relationship: Have good communication skills and able to build good relationship with customer technical team;
  • Working language: Besides the local language, have good command of English speaking, reading and writing skills.

Inxhinieri i zbatimit ne objekt ka si detyre funksionale organizimin dhe drejtimin e punimeve te ndertimit (te objektit) ne perputhje me projektin, preventivin, specifikimet teknike dhe standardet, grafikut te miratuar deri ne certifikimin e punimeve dhe dorezimin e objektit.

Pergjegjesite kryesore:

  • Planifikon menyren e realizimit te objektivave, perparesite dhe ndjek ne menyre te vazhdueshme realizimin e tyre;
  • Identifikon risqet kryesore ne realizimin e objektivave dhe i raporton ato tek Administratori;
  • Identifikon problemet teknike qe kerkojne zgjidhje per mbarevajtjen e punimeve, drejton dhe propozon menyrat dhe format e zgjidhjes se tyre;
  • Raporton ne menyre periodike (javore) tek Administratori duke dorezuar dhe dokumentet suportues per punen e bere ne kantier;

  • Para fillimit te punimeve shqyrton vlefshmerine e dokumentacionit tekniko-ligjor te objektit sipas listes bashkengjitur;
  • Shqyrton projektet e zbatimit,preventivin dhe specifikimet teknike te objektit qe do te ndertohet dhe ben verejtjet perkatese kur konstaton mangesi dhe parregullesi;
  • Mban pergjegjesi per zbatimin e punimeve ne perputhje me projektet e zbatimit, preventivin, specifikimet teknike dhe standardet;
  • Per cdo ndryshim projekti dhe preventivi kerkon miratim zyrtar para zbatimit te ndryshimit;
  • Harton grafikun e punimeve mbi te cilin do lidhen te gjithe kontratat e sipermarrjes;
  • Raporte ditore/ javor dhe raporte per vendosje ne veper  te materialeve specifike si hekur, beton (Raporte te cilat jane aprovuar edhe nga Mbikqyresi i Punimeve);
  • Regjistrin e kontabilitetit teknik ne kantier (pasqyrohet puna dhe materialet e perdorura ne veper, ne perputhje me kerkesat e akteve, ligjore e nenligjore ne fuqi dhe te specifikimeve teknike);
  • Ben organizimin dhe ndarjen e punes sipas nenkontraktoreve, grupeve te punes apo individeve qe punojne ne objekt;
  • Jep sqarime dhe instruksione te vazhdueshme mbi organizimin e punes dhe zbatimin e projektit dhe kushteve teknike;
  • Ne kordinim me Departamentin e Prokurimeve, ben porosite e materialeve, pajisjeve dhe makinerive te nevojeshme per realizimin e projektit;
  • Pasi te behet Plani i Sigurisë dhe Koordinimit (PSK) per secilin kantjer ben instruktimin e punetoreve dhe stafit vartes ne kantjer nje here ne muaj mbi zbatimin e rregullores se sigurimit teknik, mbrojtjen ne pune dhe mbrojtjen e mjedisit. Instruktimi dokumentohet duke mbledhur firmat e punonjesve;
  • Kujdeset qe te mos lejohet prania e personave te pa-autorizuar ne kantjer;
  • Eshte pergjegjes per mirembajtjen e lendes se pare dhe makinerive, si dhe programon sherbimet teknike qe duhen bere makinerive;
  • Ndjek zbatimin e kontratave te sipermarrjes per punimet qe kryhen nga nenkontraktoret ne objekt dhe eshte pergjegjes per mbledhjen e dokumentacioneve qe kerkohen ne vijim te kontrates ne fuqi;
  • Pergatit ne menyre periodike list pagesat per punet qe realizohen nga nenkontraktoret, grupet e punes apo individe ne objekt;
  • Ndjek dhe ploteson cdo dite liste prezencen e punonjesve ne kantjer;
  • Harton librezen e masave per punimet qe kryhen dhe e raporton cdo jave prane Administratorit se bashku me situacionin e punimeve;
  • Ploteson cdo dite ditarin e punimeve dhe e raporton ne baze javore prane Administratorit;
  • Ploteson ne vazhdimesi dokumentacionin tekniko-ligjor gjate fazave te ndertimit deri ne perfundim te objektit;
  • Evidenton dhe paraqet kerkesat per ndryshime ne projektet e zbatimit dhe preventivin e objektit prane Administratorit dhe departamentit inxhinierik;
  • Ndjek dhe mban pergjegjesi per normativat e harxhimit te materialeve qe vendosen ne veper;
  • Kerkon qe te gjitha materialet qe vijne ne objekt te jene te shoqeruara me certifikata origjine dhe cilesie (vendos shenime ne fature ne rast mungese te certifikatave);
  • Identifikon produktet qe vine ne kantier dhe nuk perputhen me cilesine e kerkuar;
  • Ndjek kryerjen e analizave dhe provave te materialeve ne laboratore dhe atyre qe behen ne kantjer;
  • Raporton ne menyre periodike gjendjen e materialeve prane vepres (inventari).

KËRKESAT E PROFILIT:

 

  • Të ketë mbaruar Fakultetin per Inxhinieri Civile (ndërtimi);
  • Një diplomë pasuniversitare përben avantazh;
  • Të ketë të paktën 5 vite eksperiencë pune ne projekte civile (rezidenca banimi dhe tregtare), nga te cilat te kete minimum 5 projekte te drejtuara nga fillimi deri ne dorezim;
  • Të ketë njohuri shume të mira të Gjuhës Angleze;
  • Të përdorë shume mirë programet Autocad dhe Microsoft office;
  • Të ketë njohuri shumë të mira rreth dokumentacioneve teknike, financiare dhe tekniko-finaciare të kompanive të ndërtimit;

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

For our Client an Italian company,we are looking for the following position in Tirana:

                                     MECHANICAL ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products;
  • Develop testing processes,and perform testing and validation of new designs;
  • Generate working prototypes for beta testing and customer demonstration;
  • Perform engineering calculations to support design work;
  • Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software;
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors;
  • Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process;
  • Ensure project timeline is met and project stays within budget.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering;
  • Very good knowledge of the technical drawing and of the sizing principles of the machine parts;
  • Very good knowledge of at least one of the following three-dimensional parametric modeling software;Catia V5 or Solidworks;
  • Very good knowledge of bidimensional design software: Autocad;
  • Skills in finite element modeling and analysis of machine parts;
  • Drafting of technical files and use and maintenance manuals based on current European regulations;
  • Experience acquired in the design of industrial machinery, construction machinery, agricultural machinery;
  • Knowledge of mechanical processing for sheet metal processing, laser cutting, punching, bending, welding;
  • Knowledge of mechanical machining for chip removal, CNC turning, CNC milling;
  • Knowledge of the management of product and process bill of materials;
  • Knowledge of at least one of the following languages: English or Italian.

Menaxheri I Projektit  planifikon, organizon dhe kontrollon punimet për të qendruar brenda buxhetit dhe për të përfunduar brenda afateve të paracaktuara pa cenuar cilesinë e punimeve. Detyrat kryesore:

  • Koordinon përgatitjen e dokumentacionit të duhur tekniko–ligjor për institucionet respective;
  • Kordinon punen midis grupeve të ndryshme në objektet ku do kryhen punimet elektrike;
  • Harton planet e zhvillimit te projekteve dhe është përgjegjës për zbatimin e tyre;
  • Ndjek ecurinë e punimeve elektrike në faza, që nga projekt-ideja, zbatimi dhe kolaudimi përfundimtar;
  • Planifikon, organizon dhe mbikqyr punimet e specialistëve elektrikë duke u siguruar se të gjitha punimet po kryhen sipas standarteve dhe parametrave të përcaktuara në project;
  • Përgatit dhe monitoron grafikun e zbatimit të punimeve elektrike, në përputhje me grafikun e përgjithshëm të objektit;
  • Shqyrton dhe harton kostot e instalimeve elektrike duke përgatitur preventivin total;
  • Udhëheq hartimin dhe rakordimin e situacioneve mujore me investitoret;
  • Harton dhe mbikqyr planin për mirëmbajtjen periodike të sistemeve elektrike ne përputhje me standartin teknologjik.
KËRKESAT E PROFILIT:
  • Diplomë universitare në Inxhinieri Elektrike. I preferuar profilizimi ne drejtimin energjitik;

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Analysis of the industry’s trends as well as competitor monitoring;
  • Support in the development of the organization’s business plan;
  • Detection of opportunities to increase the revenue;
  • Risk analysis and control as well as coordination of respective programmes to reduce the risk;
  • Summary of regular reports about market developments and the organization’s possibilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in related field with profile;
  • Fluent in English;
  • At least 1 year in finance/budget calculations, invoice processing;
  • Experience of project financial and recourse coordination;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Advanced knowledge in excels spreadsheets, using formulas;

For our Client a well known macedonian company,we are looking for the following position:

                                     REMOTE.NET SOFTWARE DEVELOPER-INTERMEDIATE

As an Intermediate .NET Developer, you will work in one of the scrum teams, taking ownership in creation and maintenance of Upchain’s Microsoft Windows based integrations. You will collaborate with others on key software design initiatives, and mentor other team members. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and Visual Studio;
  • Experience organizing, maintaining and improving large codebases with focus on quality, reliability and performance;
  • Strong understanding of OO concepts including SOLID principles, design patterns, algorithms and data structures;
  • Strong testing experience utilizing automated testing tools and frameworks such as MSTest v2 and Moq;
  • Experience working with WPF, XAML, and MVVM;
  • Experience working with Telerik or similar UI libraries;
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON;
  • Experience working with source code management and CI/CD platforms such as GitHub, Jenkins, CircleCI;
  • Knowledge of CAD (Siemens NX, AutoCad, Catia, SolidWorks, Altium Designer, etc.) is an asset;
  • Familiarity with Security by Design practices and Product Lifecycle Management concepts;
  • Experience working with UX designers or with UX design is an asset;
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with enterprise software.
