Duties:
Coordinates the daily tasks of the staff as well as all administrative matters pertaining to the office and staff.
Office administration
Receiving calls, emails, forwarding to departments
Assisting the CEO in daily tasks
Organizes periodic staff meetings
Organizes work related events
Making sure that everything in office is functioning properly
Desired profile:
Office manager, administration experience (3 years minimum)
Very organized
Excellent organization and management skills
Excellent communication skills

Experience using HTML5, CSS, JS
Proven ability to work independently as well as with other team members
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
Knowledge of SEO principles
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
Experience in working in Agile teams
Using best coding practices and standards such as design patterns, writing documentation.
Familiarity with Typescript is a plus

Responsible for AWS administration.
Responsible for the management, maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualisation.
Install and upgrade software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
Troubleshoot errors by running diagnostics, document problems and resolutions, prioritise problems, and assess the impact of issues.
Provide technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
Responsible for implementation of new DevOps practices like CI/CD, Kubernetes, microservices, monitoring etc.
Qualifications
Education
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.
System administration and IT certifications in Linux or network-related fields are a plus.
Experience
3-5 years of experience.

Strong knowledge of Linux administration.
Working knowledge of AWS.
Experience with scripting.
