For our Client, we are looking for:



  • Coordinates the daily tasks of the staff as well as all administrative matters pertaining to the office and staff.
  • Office administration
  • Receiving calls, emails, forwarding to departments
  • Assisting the CEO in daily tasks
  • Organizes periodic staff meetings
  • Organizes work related events
  • Making sure that everything in office is functioning properly

Desired profile:

  • Office manager, administration experience (3 years minimum)
  • Very organized
  • Excellent organization and management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
