REMOTE HOME BASED AGENTS – GERMAN SPEAKERS
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Represent and brand the company services by making professional outgoing calls to prospective clients;
- Involved in research and building customer’s interests in the services and product available;
- Engaging clients, sharing information and conducting surveys;
- Gathering and recording great client conversations;
- Responsible for contributing to projects and process improvements;
DESIRED PROFILE
- Have a good standard of education;
- Experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office package i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook;
- Have excellent phone manner with clear and confident communication skills;
- Be a team player to strive for a common goal;
- Self-motivated, who enjoys working in a target-driven environment;
- Have a high level of initiative and multitasking ability;
- Excellent verbal and written English and German. Calls will be in German, need to be able to take instructions in German.
REMUNERATION/ SALARY: Competitive.
