For our Client, a software international company operating in our country, we are looking for the following position in Tirana: 

FRONTEND TEAM LEAD

We are looking for an experienced Front End Developer to lead our FE tea. You’ll be leading a team of gifted front-end developers, working on our core platform- while working closely with our product and engineering management. This position will challenge you to develop our ever-growing system, with robust front-end capabilities, platforms and technologies while implementing pixel-perfect screens according to designs.The ideal candidate will be an experienced hands-on team leader, capable of designing(architecture), implementing and debugging JS code while building the user interface for a rapidly growing online platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop your team members – help them grow, adapt, take on more responsibilities and own their share of the product;
  • Design, build and manage our components in order to deliver great software and drive the product and the company’s vision forward;
  • Manage the team’s day-to-day tasks, streamlining the workflow and improving efficiency;
  • Take an active part in hands-on development of the product;
  • Work with UI/UX, QA, Delivery, Product, and Peer Dev leads.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in leading a team of Front-End developers of at least 1 year;
  • Proven Hands-on experience in Frontend development, using Angular – of at least 5 years;
  • Mastery of JS (at least 5 years of product development);
  • Deep knowledge in UX – Excellent user experience intuition and skills;
  • Firm understanding of user interface and MVC frameworks: user flows, performance,architecture and testing;
  • Experience with web application development, including packaging and build process;
  • Great interpersonal skills – a must.
