We are currently looking for a skilled problem-solver to join our growing team in Tirana, Albania as a full time Account Manager.

Our property maintenance and development team based out of London, works on a diverse and exciting range of projects. From families looking to build their dream home to business owners trying to elevate their workplace and everything in between, we help people cultivate spaces in which they can grow.

The Account Manager will be responsible for liaising between clients and tradesmen in order to facilitate construction projects in the United Kingdom. This entails consulting with Ultra High Networth Clients, ordering necessary materials for construction, and keeping a comprehensive record of activity for fellow Account Managers and supervisors. A positive attitude, and a passion for teamwork is essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent customer service to Ultra High Networth Clients
-Liaison between tradesmen and clients
-Order materials for construction projects as needed
-Consult with clients on potential projects
-Provide clients with accurate quotes and timelines
-Anticipate problems and take appropriate action to solve them beforehand, and minimise their effects

Qualifications:
-Fluent English literacy and communication skills
-Ability to jump into new situations and act as an efficient and effective problem solver
-Outstanding oral and written communication skills
-1.5+ years experience in customer service
-Must be very organised and able to prioritise multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
-Working knowledge of construction processes is preferred but not required
-Experience in project management is strongly preferred but not required
-Experience working for an international company is preferred but not required

Working hours:  Mon-Fri from 8:00-17:00pm
