Job duties & responsibilities:

Receiving, processing, preparation and administration of contracts and documents;

Receiving and classification of real estate offers, keeping business documentation for projects;

Responsibility to keep and maintain the key documents in real estate area (archiving of originals,

verification of signatures, payment guarantees, etc.);

Various analyses of markets, properties, laws and guidelines and preparation of presentations;

General office administrative affairs.

Requirements for this position are:

Bachelor's degree in administration, economics, law or similar field;

Good level knowlege of Microsoft Office;

High level of knowledge of English, min B2 level;

Good knowledge of German, min B1 level;

Thoroughness and independence in work; distinct organizational skills;

Flexibility, mobility, motivation and high level of responsibility;
