For our client, Lidl, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant, for their office in Prishtina.

Job duties & responsibilities:
Receiving, processing, preparation and administration of contracts and documents;
Receiving and classification of real estate offers, keeping business documentation for projects;
Responsibility to keep and maintain the key documents in real estate area (archiving of originals, verification of signatures, payment guarantees, etc.);
General office administrative affairs.
Requirements for this position are:
Higher education in administration or similar field;
Work experience in administration or secretariat;
Good level knowlege of Microsoft Office;
Good level knowledge of English, min B1 level;
Thoroughness and independence in work; distinct organizational skills;
Flexibility, motivation and high level of responsibility.
