Administrative Services Department Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Services Department Manager to lead our team in providing efficient and effective administrative support to our organization. As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our administrative services sector. You will work with a team of talented professionals to ensure the smooth running of all administrative logistics activities and provide guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and supervise the work of employees in the Administrative Services sector to ensure that tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and control the company's archive, including archiving processes and legal regulations, and supervise the quality of courier services provided by the outsourced company.
- Plan, organize and supervise employee transportation services, and control the quality of services provided by external transportation companies.
- Plan, organize and supervise other administrative works, including logistics activities, and monitor the quality of services provided by outsourcing companies.
- Resolve urgent work tasks from the scope of administrative services on a daily basis.
- Participate in drafting decisions and contracts that are under the jurisdiction of the Administrative Department Services.
- Prepare monthly reports and analyses for management needs.
- Control financial documents from service providers in the sector.
- Propose measures to improve the operation of the sector.
- Modify and add working instructions and procedures from the scope of the sector administrative services.
- Adhere to the internal acts of the company and monitor and apply legal and other regulations in the field of Administrative Services.
Requirements:
- A high level of professional experience in management (management-related qualifications are considered an advantage).
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Advanced level of written and spoken business English.
- Basic knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage.
- A driver's license B category.
