We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented German-Speaking Account Manager to join our clients dynamic team in Prishtina, Kosovo. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about building strong business relationships and driving growth in a fast-paced international environment.

What will you do?
Oversee and manage accounts in German-speaking countries.
Plan and execute business development strategies.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients through multiple communication channels.
Design tailored presentations and scripts for specific market segments.
Identify and source potential leads from various platforms and databases.
Initiate and sustain contact with prospective clients and key referral sources.
- Develop negotiation approaches, evaluate risks, and identify growth opportunities.
Conduct market research to assess trends and discover new business prospects.
Maintain target account lists, prepare proposals, and gather client feedback.
- Ensure smooth operations by coordinating tasks and communicating updates to management.
- Contribute to team goals and deliver results aligned with departmental objectives.
- Gather market insights and create materials to communicate company policies effectively.
Take on additional responsibilities as directed by management
Preferred Competencies
- 1-3 years of experience in the Account Managing/Customer Service/ Business Development or related fields
Full proficiency in English and German (German minimum B2 Advance)
- Bachelors degree in Management, Economics, International Relations, or related field (or associates degree with relevant experience)
- Work well under pressure, quick grasp of new ideas, think creatively, and follow up in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills, presenting work from concepts to final execution
- Business sense, strong negotiation skills, positive attitude, and ability to work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Previous similar role experience is advantageous
- Professional persistence, ability to think on your feet, and make compelling introductions
