Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Enterprise Platforms Operations Manager for our Albania site, who will report directly to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as an SAP Consultant, Project Manager, or Service Manager, with proven experience in operational management and team coordination. This role is critical to aligning local operations with the global strategies set by our headquarters, ensuring that the Albania site contributes to and reflects overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Alignment: Ensure local operations are aligned with the strategic objectives set by headquarters, maintaining global standards and priorities.
• Team Development: Lead workforce development efforts by identifying skill gaps and implementing training plans in collaboration with Area Leaders. 
• Provide coaching and support to local managers to enhance their technical and managerial capabilities.
• Performance Management: Contribute to defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and actively participate in performance reviews to ensure targets are met.
• Demand & Capacity Management: Manage demand from headquarters business units and balance it with local capacity to optimize resource allocation and utilization.
• Process Optimization: Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and quality in SAP project delivery, ensuring projects meet client expectations.
• Client Relations: Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Qualifications

Experience:

• 8+ years as an SAP Consultant or Project Manager.
• 3+ years in operational or managerial roles, preferably in a nearshoring or offshoring environment.
• Proven ability to manage demand, capacity, and resource allocation effectively.
• Experience in coaching, upskilling teams, and driving performance management
• initiatives.

Technical & Managerial Skills:

• Strong understanding of SAP project delivery and IT operational best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience working cross-functionally and with senior management at headquarters.

Language:

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Italian) is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
• SAP certifications are highly desirable.
