Your tasks

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, room reservations, and preparation of necessary materials
  • Plan and organize air/train/cars and hotel travel for department members, ensuring efficient and cost-effective arrangements
  • Ensure the availability of office supplies and consumables by processing orders and maintaining inventory
  • Support ongoing learning and development initiatives for team members

Your profile

Bachelor's degree

  • Language skills in English, min B2 level
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Safe work environment in a growing company
