For our client, an Austrian Group Holding, for its Plant in Inđija, Serbia we are looking :

PLANT MANAGER

Education: preferably engineer in mechanical engineering plus experience in similar position

• Overall responsibility for the production plant (white- and blue-collar workers) including all running projects regarding quality, on-time delivery, and financial success.
• Direct cooperation with the headquarter and company owners.
• Reporting of KPIs and continuous improvement actions
• Personnel development of employees
