We are now looking for our team The HeadHunter Albania office located in Tirana for the following position: 

SENIOR RECRUITER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full-cycle recruitment (pre-selection, advertisement, job descriptions, interview process, presentation of candidates);
• Identifies candidates hard and soft skills, experience, goals, motivation, finding the best match between customers’ requirements and the most suitable candidate;
• Sourcing candidates through various channels;
• Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients;
• Using different approaches to find the most suitable candidates for each position;
• Excellent knowledge in use of social professional media.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in any field is a must;
• Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment or human resources field;
• Good command of English language;
• Italian language is a plus;
• Very good communication skills;
• Social Responsibility Experience is a plus.

This position requires a Full Time commitment.

REMUNERATION/ SALARY: Highly Competitive
