Job Description

For our Client a well known company,we are looking for the following position in Tirana:

                                     TECH SUPPORT LEAD

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing support Services to company customers in all modules (Day2Day and Finance);
• Leading the support team to ensure the agreed service levels are achieved;
• Acting as a centralized focal point for tickets associated with customer communication, activities and any appropriate escalations;
• Knowledge leader – Assuring the team members have the necessary tools and knowledge to perform their duties and meet their dead-lines;
• Identify and implement improvement to procedures, processes and workflows.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Technical Support or Operations manager of minimum 2 years;
• Knowledgeable in Sports Betting business processes, the same or similar line of work;
• Experience in Trainings (frontal/online) as a trainer for Business/ IT processes;
• Experience in Other Business applications/platforms (ServiceNow/Office/Jira etc.);
• Expertise in Financial processes;
• Experience in IT System/ NOC;
• Experience in QA/ Business analysis.

REMUNERATION/ SALARY: Highly Competitive
