SALES DEVELOPMENT OF AUDIO VIDEO PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENTS
The company is a well-established system integrator providing a wide range of solutions for venue infrastructures. Being well known as audio/video solution provider the company receives a spontaneous request of audio/video equipment as boxes.
The candidate must develop sales in a structured manner building a hardware distribution business unit within the company. Consolidate and grow the client base and sales creating a structured commercial practice, proper operations and selecting suppliers even expanding the product categories.
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:
Create a structured end-to-end A/V professional equipment distribution business unit, plan operations, admin/IT processes and delivery;
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets, e-commerce channel is a possibility;
Grow the structure in line with the business needs;
Utilize CRM, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities;
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market;
Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly resultsDelivery, Product, and Peer Dev leads.
REQUIREMENTS:
Have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationship, quick learner and strong communication skills. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability;
Comfortable with cold calls and email campaign, acquainted with CRM systems;
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills;
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization;
Prior experience as a sales development manager with a track record of achieving sales quotes.

Effettua attività di monitoraggio di primo livello, di tipo Infrastrutturale, di Rete ed Applicativo (estrarre e analizzare i dati per tradurli in informazioni utili per le Operations per l’intervento puntuale e corretto);
Svolge le attività Operative (tra cui alcune specifiche attività legate alla gestione dei Concorsi ed Office Automation) e di primo livello legate al perimento della Control Room: (reset password, fornitura token, evasione pratiche CRM, attività di primo livello (riavvio processi o script di manutenzione);
Supporto alla risoluzione degli indicente, per l’identificazione e l’indirizzamento delle problematiche massive/centrali, agendo da interfaccia costante con i gruppi di Tecnici e Sistemisti o di specializzati sul Network;
Presidiare gli eventi di monitoraggio provenienti da differenti tool per garantire il corretto funzionamento di tutte le componenti, risolvere ed indirizzare in maniera tempestiva problematiche massive;
Utilizza in modo appropriato e tempestivo i sistemi impiegati nelle strutture aziendali.

Node.JS DEVELOPER (Albania)
Responsibilities:
Writes, edits, and debugs new computer programs for assigned projects, including necessary records and desired output;
Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely;
Design and develop programming systems making specific determinations about system performance;
Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports;
Review and repair legacy code;
Expected to conduct system analysis and development, with limited support from professional staff, to keep our systems current with changing technologies;
Analyze, design, coordinate and supervise the development of software systems to form a basis for the solution of information processing problems;
Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming;
Responsible for developing new programs and proofing the program to develop needed changes to assure production of a quality product;
Responsible for development of new programs, analyzes current programs and processes, and making recommendations which yield a more cost-effective product.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Extensive experience with Node.JS – 3+ years;
Experience as a software engineer; demonstrated success developing a variety of software systems while taking on increasing responsibility for analysis, design, implementation and deployment tasks;
Experience developing data-driven applications utilizing significant relational database engines as part of the overall application architecture (experience with any or all of the following are highly desirable: PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server) ;
Experience building web-based software systems, utilizing N-tier architectures, dynamic content, highly-scalable approaches, and complex security models/implementations;
