Përgjegjës për organizimin, menaxhimin dhe monitorimin e operacioneve të përpunimit të mallrave në Terminalin Lindor të Portit të Durrësit duke u siguruar më parë për sigurinë dhe shëndetin, efikasitetin, efiçencën operacionale dhe mbrojtjen e mjedisit.

Detyrat dhe përgjegjësitë:

  • Përgatit paraprakisht planin operacional të aktiviteteve në terminal duke përfshirë:

-ndërveprimin me dispeçerinë qendrore të apd-së, agjentë detarë, spedicionerë, pronarë malli, oficer anijesh, survejorë, etj. që lidhen legjitimisht me operacionet dhe/ose mallin në funksion të optimizimit të operacioneve;

-sigurimin e gatishmërisë së mjeteve e mekanizmave. Mban kontakte me kompaninë e mirëmbajtjes teknike dhe me ofrues shërbimesh dhe produktesh për t’u përdorur në raste mungesash të brendshme;

-sigurimin e gatishmërisë së infrastrukturës dhe të trafikut në funksion të planit operacional;

-sigurimin që plani operacional nuk cënon kushtet teknike të infrastrukturës dhe kapacitetet teknike të mjeteve dhe paisjeve;

    -vlerësimin paraprak të efiçencës së burimeve (njerëzore, infrastrukturore dhe mjete e mekanizma) për t’u përdorur;

-bashkërendimin e aktiviteteve për pritjen, depozitimin, manipulimet dhe nisjen e mallrave;

-bashkërendimin e aktivitetin operacional në përputhje me kushtet e autorizimit doganor;

-planifikimin e burimeve njerëzore të përshtatshme dhe kualifikuara, infrastrukturës dhe mjeteve e mekanizmave për t’u përdorur në funksion të planit operacional;

-sigurimin që infrastruktura e përdorur/ndikuar të pastrohet dhe të jetë e gatshme për t’u ripërdorur bashkërenduar burimet e brendshme me ato të kompanisë së mirëmbajtjes;

-sigurimin që mjetet e mekanizmat e përdorur të kthehen në gjendjen e gatshme për t’u përdorur duke bashkërenduar burimet e brendshme me ato të kompanisë së mirëmbajtjes; 

-efikasitetin dhe efiçencën e planit operacional duke u konsultuar më parë me eprorët dhe vartësit dhe më pas duke i detajuar këtyre të fundit proçedurat;

-asistencën në hetimin e aksidenteve/incidenteve në prag-ndodhje apo të ndodhura në zonën e terminalit;

-dhënien e instruktimeve të hollësishme burimore për të garantuar sigurinë dhe shëndetin e punonjësve për kryerjen e operacioneve sipas planit të parashikuar dhe monitorimin e zbatimit të tyre;

  • Ndjek zbatimin e planit për ofrimin e shërbimeve operacionale në mënyrën më të sigurtë, efikase, efiçente dhe në mbrojtje të mjedisit nga ndotjet;
  • Kërkon nga vartësit raportim periodik mbi ecurinë dhe jep këshillat në përmirësim dhe/ose zgjidhje të situatave dhe raporton gjithashtu periodikisht tek eprori;
  • Mbledh të dhënat mbi burimet e përdorura, analizon dhe vlerëson efikasitetin dhe efiçencës operacionale dhe i raporton duke i shoqëruar me sygjerime për përmirësime;
  • Planifikon nevojat shtesë për burime njerëzore dhe mjete e mekanizma për vazhdimësinë e aktivitetit;

MAINTENANCE MANAGER

For our client, an operator of seaport container terminals, we are looking for the following position:

MAINTENANCE MANAGER

MAIN DUTIES:

  • To keep the terminal plant, equipment and services in safe working order, to keep appropriate records, to supervise the work of his section and as directed, and to train personnel in his field of work;
  • Manage terminal employees (technicians, mechanics, storekeeper, in total 8 people), outsource companies, partners, and suppliers and link them all together to achieve results needed;
  • Find best partners all over the region for spare parts and services, agree on cooperation conditions, place and orders and organize their delivery/fulfilment by managing whole process to be done on time;
  • To plan and schedule maintenance and repair on all terminal plant, equipment and services, assigning specific tasks to the maintenance teams;
  • To assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts and ensure adherence to targets;
  • To monitor all maintenance expenditure;
  • To allocate and supervise tasks in his field of work and as directed;
  • To ensure proper recording and reporting of planned maintenance and repairs executed;
  •  To analyze all breakdown incidents and records and identify areas to be addressed on all equipment;
  • To ensure inspections are done regularly and identify need for repair;
  • To ensure all Terminal equipment is tested and certified as prescribed by laws and regulations in force at the time;
  • To ensure that manufacturers’ and operational modifications requested are installed and tested as required;
  • To ensure all safety regulations and guidelines are adhered to at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in mechanical or Electrical engineering (a master degree is preferred);
  • At least three years’ experience in engineering/maintenance of heavy plant and industrial lifting equipment;
  • Good knowledge of Albanian and EU safety standards and regulations;
  • Strong team building capabilities;
  • Good English verbal and written communication is a must.

  • Identifying key clients and business opportunities through market research;
  • Provide high quality commercial support to customers by coordinating the day-to-day business activities;
  • Assist commercial supervisors and works as a member of a cohesive team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in international markets;
  • Excellent knowledge of English. A second language (Spanish, German, French) would be considered a strong advantage;
  • Interpersonal communication and management skills;
  • Written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Performance with excellent attention to detail;
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving;
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
  • Ability to handle orders, to give estimates and offers;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel) and mobile devices.
  • Possibility to travel.
