Our client, a leader in Precast Concrete Manufacturing industry in Kosova, is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Operations Coordinator to support the Chief Executive Officer in day-to-day operational activities. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to coordinate across multiple business functions, and flexibility for frequent travel. The ideal candidate will professionally represent the CEO and ensure smooth execution of operational and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations and serve as a key support point for the CEO across different business activities.
- Manage the CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel logistics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and documentation for executive-level meetings.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including factories, clients, institutions, and partners.
- Support the CEO during on-site visits (local and international), ensuring agenda, logistics, and follow-up actions are well managed.
- Assist in organizing company meetings, conferences, operational reviews, and high-level events.
- Track tasks, follow up on deadlines, and ensure execution of action items across departments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ensure a professional, organized, and representative presence on behalf of the CEO at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience supporting senior management or working in coordination/operations roles (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and representative demeanor.
- Fluency in Albanian and English; Turkish language is considered a strong advantage.
- Valid driving license (Category B) and readiness for frequent travel.
- Ability to work flexible hours and be available when operational needs require on-site presence (Mitrovice, Prishtine, Gjilan, or abroad).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with business communication platforms.
