Job Description

For our client, an experienced hair transplant Turkish clinic, we are looking for the following position for their office in Tirana:

                                             MEDICAL CONSULTANT

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/costumer service role;
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales preferably over the phone;
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs;
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects;
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection;
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints;
• Integrity, positive attitude, honesty and proactive;
• Self-motivated, punctual and reliable;
• Costumer service oriented, targets and results oriented;
• Financially motivated to do well and close contracts.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Sell our business service skillfully and ethically to generate new and repeated business activities;
• Answer questions about the hospital and its services;
• Ask questions about the hospital and its services;
• Ask questions to understand and costumer requirements and close sales;
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, acquisition of more business through;
• Research and reputation;
• Generate a targeted number of calls per week with a number of sales per week;
• Go to “the extra mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales;
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
